Sometimes we just can not get our barrings and the day just ticks away. I find writing a To-Do list is the best way to stay focused. First thing in the morning write down all the things you would like to accomplish for that day and then just start one by one checking them off. The day has a way of adding noise and confusion and you are distracted and forget what task you were working on. If you make a list for the grocery store which takes about 1 hour of your day why not make one for the other 23 hours of your day! Dont they deserve a list?
