ChangeWhy resist change when it’s the main source of your growth?

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. We must be willing to step out of our comfort zone in order for change to happen. We get set in a routine and become so comfortable that we sometimes never think of doing anything else. The slightest change can create a tsunami within our lives. Bringing with it so many surprises.

The mind is a powerful tool use it to control the direction in which you drive your life.


5 Helpful Tips:

1: Rather than watching your favorite show TIVO/DVR it and do something different during this time that is construct

2: If you are not consistent with your exercise routine change the time you go to the gym, take a walk, do yoga

3: Paste a statement/quote that motivates you on your bathroom mirror and read it everyday

4: List 5 goals you would like to accomplish when you have accomplished them list 5 more {even as small as cleaning your closest}

5: We all have that one thing that we say we want to do but never actually do it. Now is the time DO IT!

Life holds so many possibilities experiment you may be surprised how different this year can be from the past.
