There is only one thing we have total control over in life and that is our attitude. We can control the outcome of our day just by adjusting our mind to be happy. Our minds thinking pattern is 100% in our control. It is the only thing we actually do have control over. We can one moment be dwelling on an issue bringing us negative energy and in a blink of an eye we can move on to a totally different subject never to return to the issue that consumed us. Don’t get stuck on the dot life has so many possibilities take control of your mind adjust your attitude and be happy.

- Spread the love A smile can change not only your day but can change the world. Smile at a stranger and watch what happens. Do this 5 Xs a day, 10 Xs a day image the possibilities. It is a win-win situation
