Time saving tips for travel

Traveling can be hectic. Make it more enjoyable by preparing properly. Here are a few tips to assist you on your journey.

  • Arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
  • Wear easy to remove shoes and limit the accessories. Dressing and undressing at the security check points can be stressful.
  • Invest in a suitcase that has 360 degrees wheels. You dont want to get a work out before the trip even begins.
  • Pack comfortable shoes and at least one lounging outfit not to be worn in public. You want to be comfortable when you are in your hotel room
  • Make sure to have your itinerary easily accessible. Place it in your carry on clipping all documentation together; Plane, car, hotel reservation etc.
  • Day before you leave have you hair styled by a professional one less thing to worry about for a few days.
  • Polish your nails in a natural color so if chipping occurs it will not be noticeable.
  • Investigate the destination prior to going. Look at the attractions and decide where and what you want to do so you do not waste time or money. Look up local restaurants. Read reviews and print the menus. Doing your due diligence will pay off in the end
  • Make sure you alert at that least one neighbor you will be away and leave them with your cell phone number.
  • Enjoy your trip remember to take photos but do not spend the entire time looking into a lens and not absorbing the environment. You can purchase post cards as an inexpensive way to reflect back.
  • When booking your travel investigate the different websites for the most savings. My favorite is Travelocity.

We work hard all year so we can enjoy some much needed time away soak it up have fun and do not sweat the small stuff. You will return home refreshed and revived ready to conquer the world.

I have been a business owner for over 25 years but can say for the first time; “I own my business it doesn’t own me.” I have traded in my Brick and Mortar for a Click and Order. This gives me financial and time freedom. My business is operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week with no employees. I wake up when I am done sleeping and am able to work anywhere in the world there is a WiFi connection.
