Not as easy as it sounds but oh so much fun. So many memorable moments. It all started with an idea formed while traveling. The feed back from business associates was very consistent, “You look much prettier in person” these comments left me wondering if I take very bad photos. I decided it was time to call in a professional. The experience was amazing. I discussed the look I wanted to achieve from location to wardrobe. He scouted out locations and we set up a one on one meeting at which time he presented photos of the area he felt would achieve my desired look, he also explained to me his rates and the time frame we would need to be available. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. It included details such as, name 3 characteristics about myself in 10 seconds and my favorite movie. This gave the photographer a glimpse into who I am; happy, fun, caring, loves life, generous. His assistant contacted local restaurants and inquired about us using the restroom for wardrobe changes and the facility for staging. She also was on location the day of the shoot talking to me while photos where being taken. This put me at ease with the camera and within minutes I forgot we were actually on a photo shoot. Down to bringing a small vase which fresh flowers were placed in and used on the table as a prop. This amazing team took care of every detail.
My objective was to capture my love for life. I wanted to show how I am able to mix business and pleasure into every aspect of my life. The photos would be featured on my blog www.LivingMyDash.com and for additional business advertisements such as social media, flyers and magazine articles.
