Are you Investing or Spending your TIME!

How are you using time? Are you spending it or investing it? Time. It’s equal for everyone and once it’s gone, it’s gone. There are many things in the world that are valuable…work, family, health, etc. But it could be argued that the most valuable thing you’ll ever have is your time.  In fact, the way you use your time has a major impact on the quality of your life. Our success and failure in almost every part of our life depends on how we use our time. Consider this…we can never get more time and we can never recapture the time we’ve spent. Below is a diagram representing 80 years of life { average US women lives 80 years average US male lives 74 years} I filled in 50 years this represents the amount of time already used think about were you fall in this diagram, How much time do you have left to get done what you want or need to live a happy life. Most people dont start to even think about retirement until the age of 50 by then there is very little time to produce an income that will financially secure our lifestyle.

Effective use of time  By Ralph Marston

The way you use time affects every area of your life. Everyone has the same amount of time in each day. Those who accomplish the most are the ones who have learned how to make the very most of the time available to them. They plan their work and work their plan. Each day, they know what they need to do, and effectively control the time they spend. They are able to get more done in less time, and because of that, are successful in accomplishing their goals and enjoy the rewards that life has to offer.

Through effective use of your time, you can gain control of your life and accomplish great things. Time is your most precious resource, and when you treat it accordingly, time will bring you the things you desire.

To effectively manage your time, you must first understand yourself. It all begins with you — with your values, goals and priorities. Look at what you care about, what you stand for, what is important to you. What are your goals in life?

What is your purpose in life? These are key questions to ask yourself before you can begin to take control of your time. Success in life depends on spending your time on the things that are meaningful to you. And that requires knowing precisely what you value and what you desire. Once you have a clearly defined and prioritized set of goals, you then have a solid foundation for getting control of your time and your life.

Plan, Plan, Plan  It has been discovered that each minute spent planning will save 5 minutes in execution. So, when you spend time planning before doing, you have a 500% return on the time invested. It is nearly impossible to succeed at anything without a clearly defined plan.

Life is about taking action we all have a responsibility to ourselves to live life to the fullest

I have been a business owner for over 25 years but can say for the first time; “I own my business it doesn’t own me.” I have traded in my Brick and Mortar for a Click and Order. This gives me financial and time freedom. My business is operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week with no employees. I wake up when I am done sleeping and am able to work anywhere in the world there is a WiFi connection.
