No matter what business you are in order to reach success you must educate yourself. Solid success only comes when you admit you dont know everything and you need to continue educating your self. This will help you maintain the level you have achieved and it will help you to continue your growth. Those who succeed do so because part of the journey is about the accomplishment so they are constantly dreaming bigger. They then set a goal with an action plan and they are on there way. Put aside 20 minutes a day to research something in your field and then select the course of action you can do to implement. Our fields no matter your profession are constantly changing and in order to stay on top you must be willing to adjust.
