By removing certain words from your vocabulary you will subconsciously be putting up a wall blocking out the negative energy. Words such as Depressed, Annoyed, Hate and Miserable. By eliminating these words from your vocabulary you will not receive the negative reaction that follows using them. You will break the habit of allowing someone or thing to control your actions.
